We have developed through the implementation of several projects a strong knowledge of building renovation projects in the historical center of Lisbon, and can act either on seller side or on investor side.
On seller side we accompany the divestment process of building to be renovated in close partnership with the seller, to optimize the value of the building.
On the investor side we can propose 2 potential investment models :
–Real Estate Development project: the investors acquire the building to renovate, and then manage the project, subcontracting architect, constructor , supervisor and commercializing the units till the end.
–Partnership with a Portuguese developer: the investors provides equity financing in a project managed by a highly reputable Portuguese developer in a win/win partnership.
