Real Estate Consultant B2B – listing specialist – ASSOCIATE

Company:

INFANTE & RIU II PORTUGAL INVESTMENTS BROKER Lda, an International Business Broker, with headquarters in Lisbon, focused in marketing Portuguese Investments internationally, especially full or partial sale of companies and projects from the real estate market. We represent, for instance, Building Renovations, Real Estate development projects, Resorts and Hotels.

Job: Real Estate Consultant B2B

Tasks:

Geographic and demographic prospection to identify and raise properties such as vacant buildings to renovate, office buildings for sale, hotels, resorts, etc., especially in the historic area of Lisbon and Avenidas Novas.

Investigate to reach individual and business owners through networking, internet and real estate documents. Hold meetings with owners of vacant buildings for business qualification.

Candidate Profile:

With degree, preferably in management, economics, architecture, property management or civil Engineering.

Written and Spoken Fluency in English.

Written and Spoken Fluency in French (preferred).

Experience in real estate sales, and sales in general, is valued.

– Responsible person, very persistent, ambitious, disciplined, autonomous.

– Energetic person, proactive and winning spirit, with high responsiveness, coordination and pressure management

– With high persuasiveness, arguments and strong negotiation skills;

– Good “savoir faire”, ability to empathize with customers.

– Good knowledge of the historic areas of Lisbon and New Avenues.

– Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

– Good knowledge of internet and research in the search engines.

– Driving license and a own 5-passenger car for professional use

– Presence in training and business meetings, individual follow-up meetings, conducting business metrics and reports.

– Develop your business in accordance with guidelines from the Business Department, according to the company’s strategy.

– Registration of business information in real estate and Customers CRM, in compliance with company rules.

– Objectives Accomplishment

Offer:

Part Time or full time, exclusively dedicated to Infante & Riu in terms of the real estate sector (B2B or B2C).

Only variable salary according to achieved sales emanating from the buildings raised by the consultant.

(40% up to 1 M €, 24% up to € 3M, 16% from € 5M)

– Monthly Advertising with associate consultant data (+1000 flyers / letters per month) and mobile with € 80 monthly balance – only for full-time candidates (10 a.m to 7 p.m dedicated to I & R)

– Use of the Infante & Riu brand

– Use of the Infante & Riu’s structure: legal service with free solicitor to the consultant, process management, marketing management and new media

– Strong institutional advertising of the company, with regular marketing activities in the real estate fund markets of Infante & Riu, presence in international fairs to attract target buyers, and strong presence on the Internet. Google Adwords campaigns and new media platforms.

– Visit cards

– Initial and continuing training, continuous coaching with internal trainer

– Commercial follow-up in business Implementation with the Commercial Director
